Head inspection test

The 20 point head inspection test gives you a run-down of where you excel and how you can improve your mental health. It's perfect for men wanting to explore the status of their mental health.

Worried about a man in your life?

Men show very different symptoms, typically more behavioral, when it comes to Mental Illness.

They experience Mental Health in a very different way due to societal norms and upbringing.

Men are taught from a young age to bury their feelings and are less likely to talk about their emotions. Modern masculinity creates a great deal of confusion for many.

If a man you know is dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, or other challenges to his mental health, he may show it through:

  • Irritability

  • Anger

  • Mood swings

  • Increased substance use

  • Risk taking behavior

When a man you know is struggling, reach out to him, spend time with him, and when he does tell you how he's feeling, listen. Many men report that they don't feel like they are heard when they do open up to someone. If he's brave enough to talk to you, be sure to be present and just listen.
