Join us for off the Water, a monthly online gathering dedicated to expanding your mental health toolbox.

 

Just like casting a fly, there’s a rhythm in returning to yourself. This month, Cat Thomas will guide us through a restorative session using breath and movement to reduce stress, build awareness, and support your mental health.
