OUR Mission
Our mission is to improve all lives by serving men facing mental health challenges.
Our vision is to reach every man facing mental health challenges in the country and introduce them to valuable resources, a healthy therapeutic outlet and a community of supportive men.
How we do it
The three prongs of our approach – fly fishing, community, and mental health support – are designed to reinforce one another. Fly fishing provides a tangible, mindful activity that fosters presence, resilience, and connection to nature; we help men build a meaningful community of peers and establish a strong support network; and mental health support ensures participants have the resources and tools they need to continue their journey and improve their emotional wellbeing.
Together, they create a transformative experience that helps men heal, grow, and thrive.
Fly Fishing
Fly Fishing is the gateway—a hands-on activity that provides focus, purpose, and peace. For men who might hesitate to seek help, it’s an invitation to step outside, try something new, and find calm in the rhythm of the water. Our programs are designed for experienced anglers and first-timers alike.
Community
Community emerges organically through shared experiences. Men who may have been reluctant to open up discover a sense of camaraderie and belonging, forged through vulnerability, support, and shared victories—both on and off the water.
Mental Health Support
We strive to reduce stigmas around talking about our mental health and asking for support. We also encourage and normalize individual and group therapy.
