Off the Water – When the Inevitable Hits

Join us for “Off the Water,” our monthly online gathering dedicated to building community and expanding our mental health toolbox
This month, we welcome therapist Collin Rucker for a conversation about “When the Inevitable Hits: Understanding Grief and Loss in Men.”
We will explore how men experience and respond to grief, including the ways loss may show up as sadness, anger, withdrawal, numbness, or changes in behavior. We will also broaden the conversation beyond death to include losses related to relationships, identity, health, work, aging, and major life transitions. The session will include practical coping tools, discussion of healthy support, and a brief optional reflection activity focused on recognizing personal grief responses and needs.
📅 Monday, September 21
